Delivery Terms – Kuma Collections

Deliveries:

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are processed for delivery between Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM), excluding mercantile and public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Kuma Collections team is dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you promptly.

Standard Delivery

Within Colombo: 2 – 3 business days

Outside Colombo: 4 – 6 business days

Worldwide Shipping: 4 – 7 weeks

Store Pick-Up:

Prefer to collect your order? Choose the store pick-up option at checkout.

You will receive an SMS or Email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Pick-up is available between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM at the Kuma Studio, Stratford Avenue.

Please note: Orders not collected within 4 days will be canceled, and you will be notified via SMS or Email.
